Mother's Day Scrapbook Workshop

I am working on a Mother's Day Scrapbook workshop for May 2nd.
Time to be announced!!

We will be making a 6x6 scrapbook using a Stampin' Up! ring album, a Simply Scrappin' Kit, some stamped images, and hopefully using the new circle scissors!!
It's been ordered- i am hoping it will make it here in time to use!!

This workshop is a pre-paid workshop- 30.00.
You keep any extra supplies you have left and leave with a wonderful gift for Mother's Day!! You can keep it for yourself or give it to your mom or mother in law, grandma, etc!

Happy Birthday to My Rhylee- Girl!!

My only baby girl was born 6 years ago at 11:10pm!! My easiest baby- she has grown to a lovely young girl!! I am so very blessed to have such a sweet girl in my life! Her dad and I are very proud of her!!

So HAPPY 6th BIRTHDAY to my spunky, smart, sweet, good natured, thoughtful, kind, generous, caring, pretty little daughter!!

A Top Note Baby Carriage

I was trying to think of something different for a baby swap i am in and i was looking at the top note die as a possibility. I didn't really want to use the top note as a background because i feel like i tend to do that...A LOT!

(I love that thing!!)

So..i was sitting here at midnight the other night and started cutting it up and this is what i came up with!!

The carriage body is the top note cut- I cut the dsp and scalloped the edges..The wheels are the 1 3/8 in. circle punch (all materials used are Stampin' Up!)

I wish i had the Pretties Kit- i think pearls would have been REALLY cute in the wheels rather than the eyelets...

The hood to the carriage is the corner of the top note trimmed with the SAB dsp and attached with a silver brad- i left the hood free so it does move up and down.

The handle to the carriage is made from the curly label punch- i re-punched it to make it look like a graceful handle....i tried a few options for the handle- but liked this on the best!!

Spring is Springing!!

I am so happy to finally see some signs of spring!! Its WARM here in Ohio today! Lovin' That!!

March 29- Sherry and I are co hosting an Easter Stamp Camp at our church in Dresden. Same price- 15.00 we will be making some fun stuff!! Starts at 3:30- come and have fun with us!!

Sweet Treats Stamp Camp Samples

snowy days

Well- here we are- ANOTHER snow day at home with the kids!! And probably one tomorrow as well..

I am hosting a valentine's themed stamp camp at my house on Feb 7th at 4:30 for those interested...Please rsvp by the 6th!!

We will be doing a box, a bagged treat, a pop top can, and 5 cards- for 20.00!!

i will even include the candy! It will be easy treats for the boss, a teacher, etc..
